Current Return Policy (Subject to Change):

  • Returns: In the USA returns can only be processed if you’ve received a damaged or defective item. At this time, we do not accept standard returns for any products purchased through our online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we continue to fine-tune our operations.

  • Exchanges: Similarly, we are unable to process exchanges for items purchased through our online store at this time. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds: In the USA refunds will be issued Only in cases where the item received is damaged or defective, and cannot be Replaced. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME.
